PPC Update

We are now only one month out from the event of the year, the PPC Auction! We hope to see as many of you as possible at the Rickreall Fairground on May 13th. We have a fabulous experience planned for this year’s auction, so please join us “Under the Big Top” for a family friendly event. We will start the festivities off at 4:00 pm when we open up the silent auction. We have so many amazing items donated to us, there is sure to be something for all members of the family. Remember, the next day is Mother’s Day, so be sure to pick up something nice for Mom. We have lots of plants, chocolates, gift certificates etc. to choose from. We really want to make it a family affair this year, so some of the classes have created booths which promise to be lots of fun. They will operate from 4 pm till 6:30 pm. As of now there will be face painting, a dunk tank, a photo booth, dart board and a fishing booth. We will also have Fester, the Balloon Jester, on the ground to entertain with his amazing balloon creations. For the booths operated by a class, the money raised will go right back to that class.

In keeping with the family friendly theme, all children will get in free and we will offer free childcare for the first 30 children pre-registered in the office. Children must be potty trained and 10 years or younger. Younger children must be accompanied by a paid adult (ticket forms in the office as well). If adults are helping with a class booth they have free entrance. General admission tickets are only $5 to help us cover the cost of the fairground.

The fairground concession stand will be open and offer a variety of food for sale. There will also be alcohol service available till 7 pm.

Be sure to be inside and in your seats starting at 6:30 pm as there will be door prizes and then the entertaining heads/tails game with half the proceeds going back to the High School Leadership class and half the proceeds available to the winner as a credit towards oral auction purchases. We again have some amazing items. How does four Parkhopper tickets to Disneyland sound, or the chance to sit in the Crow’s Nest during this fall’s Homecoming game? As always, be sure to save room for dessert and bid high on the amazing homemade creations from the talented bakers of Perrydale.

See you Under the Big Top on May 13th.
