PPC article for May newsletter
We hope you have made plans to join the Perrydale Parents’ Club at the auction starting at 4 pm on May 11th at beautiful Chemeketa Eola Event Center located at 215 Doaks Ferry Rd NW, Salem. Tickets are still available at the school, but time is running out. You need to have your dinner tickets ordered and paid for by Monday, May 6th. Forms are in the office. Remember that individual tickets are $25 which includes dinner or $5 if you just wish to show up to bid on all the marvelous items. A few tickets will be available at the door for $30. There are also a limited number of spots for free childcare. Again, there is more information in the office and children must be pre-registered.
We thank all the parents who have contributed to the class baskets. To be successful we still need people to bid on them, so the best thing you can do is get a group together and come to the auction.
Above you see the Pirate Spirit quilt made by 5th grader Savannah Beach and her grandma. This quilt is being raffled off. Tickets are $5 each and you can get them through Crystal Beach at 503-580-6981 or email@example.com. Raffle tickets will also be available at the auction.
Remember that the day after auction is Mother’s Day. To help you out we will have beautiful center pieces made by Beth Syphers of Crowley House Flower Farm & Studio (recently featured in Sunset Magazine). At the end of the auction you can purchase these center pieces and have them for the next day! We have lots of other great gift ideas, but you only get to the social event of the year by getting your tickets now! Come celebrate “Precious Memories” by joining us at the 2019 auction.
